The Beta Sigma Phi-Xi Kappa Chapter established this scholarship in 2011 to support non-traditional women from Mower County pursuing an education at Riverland Community College to enhance their career . Beta Sigma Phi is an international non-academic sorority founded in 1931 to provide social, cultural and civic enrichment for its members.
