Elliott & Claire Dubinsky Scholarship

Elliott & Claire Dubinsky Scholarship was establish by Elliott in 1994 for any student admitted into the Associate Degree Nursing program. Elliott was a strong believer in the importance of providing today’s youth with a well-rounded college education. In 2001, Elliott received an honorary degree from Riverland Community College.
